Haoliang (Tommy) Tian

Haoliang Tian is a senior at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, majoring in Integrated Design and Media. With a strong interest in creative design and technology, he has built a versatile skill set through academic coursework and professional experiences. His studies combine technical knowledge and artistic creativity, allowing him to bridge the gap between aesthetics and functionality.

Haoliang gained hands-on experience during a three-month internship at Airbus’s Chinese headquarters in Beijing, where he created digital marketing materials for the customer relations department. By designing team photos, event invitations, and webmail templates, he showcased his ability to combine photography, design, and marketing effectively. He is currently working as a UI/UX Designer, where he delivers innovative solutions while collaborating with product managers and developers.

Originally from Dalian, China, Haoliang has been fluent in English since the age of 7 and enjoys working in diverse, multilingual environments. Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, he is passionate about traveling, photographing airplanes, and exploring creative ideas. Haoliang prides himself on being detail-oriented, innovative, and ready to face challenges.
